The App Subscription ($19.99/mo) gives you full access to the Silver & Shredded training system — structured 12-week programs, nutrition guidance, and video library — all self-directed. Group Coaching ($99/mo) adds live weekly coaching calls, a private community, and monthly Q&As so you have accountability and real-time answers. 1-on-1 Coaching ($399/mo) is fully personalised: custom programming built around your body, schedule, and goals, with weekly check-in calls and direct messaging access to me. If you're disciplined and self-motivated, the App is a great start. If you want community and accountability, Group is the sweet spot. If you want the fastest, most direct path to results, 1-on-1 is it.

I keep 1-on-1 coaching limited to 15 active clients at any time. This is non-negotiable — I won't take on more because the quality of coaching drops the moment I can't give each person proper attention. When spots are full, there's a waitlist. There's no long-term contract. All programs are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. That said, I'll be honest with you: meaningful body transformation takes at least 90 days. Men who commit to 3–6 months consistently see the results they're after. Men who quit after 3 weeks because it's hard don't. The commitment is really about you, not the contract.

For 1-on-1 clients: you'll train 4–5 days per week using your custom program, log your sessions and nutrition, and have a weekly 30-minute check-in call with me where we review progress, adjust the plan, and address any issues. Between calls, you have direct messaging access for questions. For Group clients: same training structure, plus a weekly group call every Tuesday evening. App subscribers train on their own schedule using the provided programs.
